Clairoise is Baking Room’s signature fusion dessert—part dacquoise, part éclair. It features a crispy base layer topped with delicate pastry and is filled with luscious flavored creams. With 3 flavor : Crunch Berry — inspired by the Korean ice cream “Dwejiba” with a cookie‑crunch texture/ Coffee Milk — a smooth, mellow cream reminiscent of classic café flavors/Choco Banana — rich chocolate meets ripe banana in a homemade cream filling

At Baking Room, we exclusively offer the world-renowned French premium Bordier butter freshly imported from France. Probably the best butter in the world. Acclaimed by hundreds of Michelin Star Chefs in the world. The last artisan kneading butter with traditional methods dating from the 19th century.
We offer premium AOP French Butter such as Isigny, La Conviette and Pamplie. Also Plaintin Truffle Honey, La Puela Chestnut Honey , French Alain Milliat Juices.
